Nat’l Elections Com. begins vote tallying…..

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The National Elections Commission (NEC) has commenced vote tallying for the December 8 Special Senatorial Elections, Constitutional Referendum and Two Representative By-Elections in Montserrado County.

According to a NEC release issued Wednesday, December 9, 2020, the vote tallying commenced at 12 noon at the Commission’s Headquarters on 9th Street in Sinkor.

It follows Tuesday’s elections across the Country.

The release says the exercise is being witnessed by representatives of Political Parties that contested the elections in Montserrado County and Independent Candidates.

At the same time, the National Elections Commission announces that vote tallying in other counties will be based on County to County situation.
