November 23, 2020, to respond to a sexual harassment allegation following a lawsuit by Madam Cecelia Kpor.

According to ELBC Report, the Court’s mandate followed an order by Judge Kennedy Peabody.

Madam Kpor’s sex allegation was contained in an eight-count application to the Civil Law Court, seeking the prosecution of Mr. Chris Massaquoi consistent with law.

Though Madam Kpor’s allegation to the Court fell short to say how the former Police Boss sexually harassed her, she boasted of strong evidence to prove her claim during legal proceeding.

Madam Cecelia Kpor, a former tenant of the former Police Boss, also accused him of calling her a prostitute.
