MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Members of the City Hope Church have been urged to cherish and memorialize the legacy of the late Prophet Ezekiel Bangura.

Pastor Bangura died on August 28, 2020, following a brief illness.

In his tribute, on behalf of the Liberian Government, President George Weah described the late Pastor Bangura as a selfless, diligent and devoted Christian, who served with distinct ion in the religious community.

President Weah said:” Prior to Pastor Bangura’s death, he successfully taught and preached the Word of God, and served as great mentor for God’s children.”

According to an Executive Mansion release issued over the weekend, President Weah spoke Saturday, September 19, 2020, at the funeral of Pastor Bangura.

The Liberian Leader urged and consoled City of Hope Church and family to keep the legacy of the fallen Man of God and hold together.
