SINOE COUNTY, LIBERIA-A forty year old man has been arrested for allegedly raping two sisters in the Poo River Community in the County.

According to ELBC Sinoe County Correspondent, Patrick Boe was picked up Tuesday, July 21, 2020, by the Women and Children Protection Department of the Liberia National Police (LNP), and has admitted to the crime.

He said the girls, twelve and thirteen years of age, complained to their father that Mr. Boe has been molesting them for a while, using money as an influence.

Our Correspondent said the issue of rape is not quite common in the County, but people usually compromise the act which might give rise to such crime.

According to ELBC Correspondent, Patrick Boe is expected to be sent to court for prosecution.
