Gov. begins renovation of public buildings across Liberia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA (Jonathan Grisby/Varflay Kamara report)-The Liberian Government has begun the renovation of several public buildings and infrastructures across the Country.

The buildings include the Edward Beyan Kesselley Military Barracks in Margibi County, Camp Ware in Careysburg, Monrovia Central Prison and the Lango Lippaye High School in Kakata, Margibi County.

Deputy Presidential Press Secretary, Smith Toby, made the disclosure Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at the Executive Mansion Press briefing.

Mr. Toby said Government is also expected to begin the construction of a modern Central Market worth over one hundred and ninety five thousand United States Dollars in Gbarnga, Bong County.

He said the renovation and construction projects are being carried out by the Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE).
