Prez. Weah wants key policies drafted, practical programs to stabilize the economy

MONROVIA, LIBERIA (Varlay Kamara) – President George Weah, is calling for the drafting of key policies and practical programs to stabilize the Liberian economy as another focus of Government.

President Weah said: “The Government will begin to consolidate the gains made over the years and practical programs”.

The leader spoke Monday, January 13, 2020 at the opening of the 3rd Session of the 54th Legislature.

The Liberian Chief Executive told the lawmakers his State of the Nation Address will detail new strategies and programs that will promote growth and development.

President Weah, however, urged members of the Legislature to work diligently in the supreme interest of the Liberian people.
