Gov’t of Liberia Oversight Team of Liberia Marketing Asso. Embarks on Nationwide Consultations

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberia Government’s Oversight Team of the Liberia Marketing Association (LMA) has embarked on a week-long Regional Consultations across the Country.

 The Team, headed by Deputy Local Government Minister for Research and Development Planning, Edward Mulbah, comprises representatives from the Office of the Vice President, Independent Elections Committee, and Liberia Marketing Association, amongst others.

The regional consultations are part of ongoing activities aimed at informing on election guidelines and activities, gathering perspectives for election integrity, and obtaining buy-in for a peaceful transition through free, fair, and transparent Elections.

According to a dispatch, the LMA election is scheduled for March 28 in Sanniquellie, Nimba County.

Venues of the Regional Consultations are Tubmanburg, Buchanan, Gbarnga, Zwedru, and Monrovia, respectively.

The release added that these consultations will run from February 20 – 27, 2026, and will cover the 15 counties.
