Liberia Broadcasting System to Break Ground Friday for Sub-station Construction in Nimba County

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Management of the Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) is expected this Friday to officially break ground for the construction of a sub-station in Nimba County.

The groundbreaking is in adherence to President Joseph Boakai’s mandate for the expansion of LBS Radio and Television broadcast in and out of Liberia.

Friday’s ceremony follows a similar event that recently took place when LBS broke ground in Grand Cape Mount County for the construction of a similar substation.

Vice President Jeremiah Koung will officially carry out the soil-overturning exercise to give way for the commencement of the construction of the LBS sub-station in the county.
