MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberia’s Information Minister Jerolinmek Piah is commending Deputy House Speaker Thomas Fallah for constructing a resting place for travelers in Salayea District in Lofa County.
Minister Piah described the project as the first of its kind in Liberia’s history, emphasizing its importance in providing comfort and safety to travelers.
The facility was completed recently and declared open.
Highlighting the Liberian Government’s development efforts, Minister Piah stated that improving the living conditions of ordinary Liberians remains a top priority.
According to him, Montserrado County District-17 had been without electricity for several years. Still, through the intervention of the current government, several communities in Brewerville have been connected to the power grid, boosting local livelihoods.
The information minister also urged citizens to support national progress and avoid negativity toward development initiatives.
