Liberia’s Debt Court Issues Writ on Former Chief of Protocol Finda Bundoo…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A      writ from the Debt Court has been issued on former Chief of Protocol under former President George Weah’s Administration, Finda Bundoo, allegedly owing eighteen thousand USD debt.

The writ is a result of a complaint filed by Jerome Walkely, alleging that the Finda Bundoo and others were indebted to him thirty-eight thousand US Dollars.

The writ indicates that out of the amount in question, the defendants have since defaulted and refused to pay the balance of eighteen thousand US Dollars, including interest.

The Court records also revealed that the complainant went into agreement with defendant Finda Nora Bundoo for the printing of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) victory balloon sticks, and several items.

The complainant printed two hundred-fifteen cartoons of the CDC victory balloon sticks that were placed in the container for shipment, with the Ministry of State as the Consignee based upon the instructions of Finda Nora Bundoo.

Meanwhile, defendants Bundoo, James Potter, and Toe Wesseh will appear before the Debt Court in February to answer the debt of action charge.
