Mr. Haynes told MICAT on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, that there will be stringent security measures put in place to protect the grounds of the Capitol for the President’s ‘State of the Nation Address’.

He said:” As part of security protocol, motorbikes, kekeh, and commercial vehicles plying the streets on Monday from the ELWA Junction to Central Monrovia will be diverted from VAMOMA junction through Sinkor by assigned officers.
