Gov. of Liberia Remains Resolute to Empower Youths for Job Market

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Government of Liberia says its quest to empower Liberian youths for the job market remains unbending.

Youth and Sports Minister Cole Bangalu said:” Such endeavor will begin with the activation of the National Youth Service program in the coming days.

Minister Bangalu told ELBC on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, that the initiative will capture disadvantaged youths and motorcyclists, among others.

The Youth and Sports Minister said:” Since the government has allotted funds in the 2025 National Budget for the smooth operations of the program.”

Youth and Sports Minister Cole Bangalu is, however, urging the youthful population to take advantage of the initiative to better their lives.
