Criminal Court ‘C’ Subpoenas Suspended Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency Boss Kromah

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Criminal Court ‘C’ has subpoenaed the suspended Director General of the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA), Abraham Kromah, to testify on behalf of the defendant in a high-profile drug trafficking case.

The Court’s decision followed a motion by the Defense Attorney’s argument that Mr. Kromah’s testimony is crucial to understanding his involvement with the defendants.

The subpoena, issued by Resident Judge Blamo Dixon, commands Mr. Kromah to appear in Court on Friday, October 4, 2024.

The subpoenaed LDEA Boss is ordered to appear to provide evidence regarding his role on behalf of the defendants.
