Pres. Boakai Proposes Annual Nat’l Diaspora Dialogue in Liberia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai has proposed an annual National Diaspora Dialogue to foster a collective approach to national development.

President Boakai said:” The move is critical to improving sustained collaboration and coordination between Liberians in the diaspora and at home.”

The Executive Mansion disclosed that President Boakai was speaking at an engagement meeting with the Liberian Community in New York, the United States of America, recently.

The President acknowledged the enormous contributions of the diaspora Liberian Community towards the growth and development of Liberia.

The Liberian Leader emphasized a more focused and engaged administration of the diaspora will yield substantial benefits in trade, tourism, education, business, and national harmony.
