Justice Minister Tweh Commissions Police Policy Management Board

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Minister of Justice has commissioned the Police Policy Management Board in Monrovia.

Justice Minister Cllr. Oswald Tweh said:” The Board now has the mandate to ensure that due diligence in executing its functions with officers of the Liberia National Police.”

The Attorney General cautioned members of the Board to ensure that the conduct of officers of the LNP is professional during investigations, arrests, and enforcement of the law.

Cllr. Tweh, however, expressed confidence in the professional expertise of the Board in the implementation of its mandate in the interest of the people.

Statutory members of the Police Policy Management Board include the LNP, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, Liberia Institute of Public Administration, and Civil Service Agency, amongst others.
