Fire Leaves Several Homeless in Dowien Administrative District in Bomi County

BOMI COUNTY-LIBERIA-Fire has destroyed a seven-bedroom house in Dowien Administrative District, Bomi County.

ELBC Bomi County Correspondent said:” The incident occurred over the weekend when a renter of the house placed a coal pot in her room to provide heat.”

According to our Correspondent, no occupants were in the house when the fire gutted it.

The fire victims are squatting with friends and family members in the area.

They are meanwhile, calling on stakeholders and humanitarians for assistance.
