Pres. Boakai Challenges Newly Commissioned Government Officials

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai has challenged the newly commissioned officials of Government to serve with dedication, patriotism, and commitment to the country and people.

President Boakai said:” These attributes are pivotal to transforming the country for achieving the Government’s targeted goals.”

The Liberian Leader also admonished the officials to work with transparency and accountability in setting a new agenda that will yield positive results for the country’s advancement.

He asserted on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, when he commissioned several officials of Government at the EJS Ministerial Complex in Congo Town.

President Joseph Boakai said:” Liberians are on the path of reclaiming their lost image and as such, it is incumbent upon officials to meet their needs and aspirations.”

Meanwhile, the commissioned officials have vowed to lead with honor and integrity.

Speaking on behalf of her colleagues, Defense Minister Geraldine George assured the Liberian Leader of working with diligence and commitment to support the Government’s agenda.

Minister George lauded President Boakai for the confidence reposed in them and promised to deliver in the furtherance of national development and growth.
