MARGIBI COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Lower Margibi County is currently investigating a twenty-one-year-old man for allegedly killing his friend.

The incident occurred following a fistfight between friends of the deceased and some community youths during a festival in Todee District, Montserrado County.

Family and eyewitnesses disclosed that the deceased, Adam Kokoya, was hit when he tried to settle a dispute that ensued between his friends and some youths of the community in Todee.

According to ELBC Upper Montserrado County Correspondent, the Homicide Division of the Liberia National Police revealed that the deceased neck was broken, resulting in his death.

Meanwhile, the body of the deceased has been turned over to his family pending burial arrangements.
