Liberia Broadcasting System Discloses Television Expansion Plan

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Management of the Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) has announced the plan for nationwide expansion of television service.  

It followed the Government of Liberia’s commitment to provide three hundred thousand United States Dollars towards the expansion project of the Liberia National Television.

LBS Director General Eugene Fahngon disclosed on Monday, May 6, 2024, at the start of a five-day training of the System’s Correspondents across the Country.

Mr. Fahngon said: “Rural Broadcasting is crucial to driving change through policy actions for the betterment of the communities.”

Mr. Eugene Fahngon then urged the LBS Correspondents to take advantage of the training, assuring them of the System Management’s determination to provide employment status under his administration.
