Monrovia City Court Sends to Jail 19-Year-Old Man for Alleged Rape…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Monrovia City Court has sent a nineteen-year-old-man to jail for allegedly raping a fourteen-year-old girl.

Defendant William Baylor allegedly committed the act on April 12, 2024, in Gardnersville.

During police investigation, defendant Baylor admitted to investigators of committing the act, because they are in relationship, alleging that the mother of the girl had since advised him to discontinue the relationship.

Meanwhile, medical reports from the Star of the Sea Health Center in West Point revealed that the survivor was tempered with.
