MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Chairperson of the National Elections Commission (NEC), Davidetta Brown-Lansanah, is urging the voting populace to again turn en mass for the Run-Off Presidential Election.
Madam Brown-Lansanah said:” The NEC anticipates over one million eligible voters who turned out on October 10 to increase through civic and voter education, for the November 14 polls.”
In an interview with ELBC Grand Kru County Correspondent, the NEC Boss emphasized that no one will be allowed to vote on November 14, without a voter ID Card.
She pointed out that the voting process begins with an identity check, in line with the final registration roll as an initial crucial step for electorates to cast their votes.
Madam Davidetta Brown-Lansanah reaffirmed the National Elections Commission’s commitment to ensuring a free, fair, and credible Presidential Run-Off Election.
