Chief Justice Announces May and June Term of Court Assignments

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Liberia, Sie-A-Nyene Yuoh,   has announced May and June Term assignments for Circuit Courts judges, ahead of the May Term of Court.

Justice Yuoh’s assignments have affected the 8th, 13th, and 15th Judicial Circuit Courts as well as Criminal Courts B and D, respectively.

Justice Yuoh also included the newly appointed judges in her legal assignments.

Relieving Judges Cllr. Golda Bonah Elliot and Cllr. Wesseh A. Wesseh takes assignments at the 13th and 15th Judicial Courts in Margibi and River Gee Counties, respectively.

Judge Mameita Jabateh Sirleaf takes over Criminal Court D as Resident Judge, while Judge George Smith, previously of River Gee County, goes to the 8th Judicial Circuit Court in Nimba County.
