Flooding destroyed Rice and Cocoa Farms…..

NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Flooding has destroyed rice and cocoa farms in Kparblee District, Nimba County.

Residents of Gaye Gbaye-blee Town told ELBC that they are unable to go their respective farms, due to massive flooding caused by heavy down pour.

The flood victims are appealing to humanitarian organizations and local authorities to come to their aid.

The town is located near the Cestos River, between Liberia and the Ivory Coast.
