MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Lofa County Senator-Elect, Brownie Samukai, says his legal team will meet with the Court to clearly understand what his legal disabilities are.

Addressing the Press in Lofa County recently, Mr. Samukai said he was expecting his certification following the payment of part of the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) Pension Funds, before he was denied by the Court ruling.

According to Mr. Samukai, his Defense Team will seek further explanation without ambiguity, which disabilities he needs to remove before being certificated.

Mr. Samukai said:” I am sure of serving the people of Lofa County, despite the legal circumstances surrounding my December 8, 2020 election victory.”

He said though he does not agree with the Court’s ruling, he respects the decision and will abide by the law.
