ECOWAS Delegation arrives in Liberia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A seven member delegation from ECOWAS Network of Electoral Commissions on Post-Election Follow Up and Needs Assessment Mission has arrived in Liberia.

The delegation arrived in the Country on Sunday, June 6, 2021, as guest of the National Elections Commission (NEC), and is in Liberia for a week-long visit.

According to a release issued, the delegation is expected to hold discussions on post-election activities and needs assessment with a number of election stakeholders.

The delegation includes Adama Aladoua of Niger, Benjamin Bano-Bioh of Ghana, Valerie Arikpoh Etta of Nigeria, Baidessou Soukolgue of Cote D’Ivoire and Alicia Kamara of Sierra Leone.

Others include Abadoul Raouf Salami of and Francis Gabriel Oke of ECOWAS Network of Electoral Commissions Secretariat in Abuja, Nigeria.
