MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Foreign Minister Dee-Maxwell Kemayah has lauded international partners and the Liberian Government for making the COVID-19 vaccine a reality in Liberia.

Minister Kemayah also expressed confidence in the effectiveness of the vaccine, encouraged Liberians to get vaccinated if the fight against COVID – 19 must be successful.

He spoke Thursday, May 6, 2021, at the Foreign Ministry when he took the first dose of the COVID – 19 vaccines.

Also speaking, the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative to Liberia, Peter Clements, recommits the partners’ support to ensure that the country is successful in the fight against the COVID-19.
