Ambassador Endee calls for use of local dialects to enhance covid-19 Awareness and Prevention

Monrovia, Liberia – An appeal has been sounded to enforce coronavirus awareness in local Liberian languages and simple English ensure the protocols are adhered to nationwide.

According Cultural Ambassador Juli Endee, the Monrovia City Corporation, Federation of Liberian Youth, Religious and Traditional groupings are working together to ensure the awareness reach every part of the Country especially Montserrado and Margibi Counties.

Ambassador Endee called on the various communities and groupings to join hands in tackling the virus, stressing their importance in the fight against coronavirus.

Speaking in an interview with LNTV on Friday April 3, 2020, Ambassador Endee pointed out traditional leaders as pivotal in carrying the messages to the rural areas.

Ambassador Endee also urged all Liberians to embrace the culture of hand washing and observing all health protocols to stop the spread of the virus.
