The Executive Director of the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA), Henry Williams, wants the Incident Management Team ensure that the coronavirus is contained in Liberia.

Mr. Williams said the clusters must be supportive of the heath team to effectively carry out its functions to include the provision of shelters, food, and security, as well as tracing, tracking, and quarantining individuals.

Speaking Tuesday in an ELBC interview in Liberia’s second largest city of Paynesville, the NDA Executive Director stressed the need for health authorities to strengthen surveillance at all accessible land and water entry points.
